How to use

Use the form above, then follow these steps.

Assemble a multi-line services estimate: per-task billing (per day, per hour, or fixed fee), optional task notes, notes and terms for the client, and a one-click PDF suitable for email.

  1. 1. Fill Estimation ID, Project name, Client name, and Project duration (you can type a human-readable range). These anchor the exported PDF.
  2. 2. Add each task row: Task name, Billing method (Cost per Day / Cost per Hour / Fixed), Cost price, and Estimate duration. For Fixed tasks, duration is not labeled—the cost price is the task total. For day/hour modes, the label beside duration reads Days or Hours.
  3. 3. Use the per-task note field for deliverables, assumptions, or phase labels so clients see detail without cluttering the task name.
  4. 4. Press Add New Task for more workstreams; Estimation cost updates per row. Pick the currency (Rs., $, €) before sending the PDF.
  5. 5. Write Notes for client-facing context and Terms & conditions for legal / payment clauses—both flow into the downloadable document.
  6. 6. Use Download as PDF for a polished attachment; tweak fields on screen for revision rounds before regenerating.

Questions & answers6 common questions — open if something is unclear.
How does Fixed differ from Cost per Day or Hour?
Fixed charges the Cost price as the full task amount regardless of duration. Day and hour modes multiply Cost price by the duration you enter.
Can I quote in dollars or euros?
Yes—choose Rs., $, or € from the currency control before exporting so the PDF matches export or foreign client expectations.
What should go in task notes vs Notes?
Task notes describe that deliverable. Global Notes cover project-wide context such as travel billing or warranty. Terms & conditions hold legal clauses like payment schedule and IP.
Is the PDF legally binding?
It is a quotation artifact. Enforceability depends on signatures, master agreements, and local law—have counsel review your standard terms.
Can I version estimates for the same client?
Change Estimation ID or filename when you save PDFs so Rev A / Rev B stay distinguishable in your CRM.
Does this track actual timesheets?
No—it is presales estimation. Track actuals in your PSA or accounting tool after kickoff.
