Week 1–2
Research & IA
Competitive teardown, heuristic review, lightweight usability sessions, sitemap and navigation model.
Design
We connect research artifacts to shipped pixels. Interaction patterns are chosen for WCAG 2.2 AA where required: focus order, contrast, target sizes, and motion reduction preferences. Figma libraries map to React or native components, and dev handoff includes spacing, typography scales, and edge-case screens so QA has a single source of truth.

Field note
FinTech consumer app redesign
Inconsistent components caused divergent error handling; accessibility audit flagged form labels and contrast failures before a regulatory review.
We rebuilt the form and navigation system with tokens, fixed contrast ratios, and documented focus behavior. Development velocity improved and the external audit returned no blocking UI findings.
